Former Wright State PG/G Solomon Callaghan (@_SolomonCal) has entered the transfer portal. “Solly”, an exceptionally well-rounded and talented guard both on and off the ball, will have two years remaining for a future program of his choice.
I’m going to look at this for every league, but the SOCON felt like it was getting crushed — and it is. The league is way down from where it was a few years ago. Seems to be a trend, sadly.
Wright State freshman Michael Cooper plans to enter the transfer portal, his agents Ethan Coury and Corey Marcum of @EZSportsGroup told ESPN. Averaged 13.4 points and shot nearly 36% from 3 this season, had 25 points in the Horizon semis, 21 points against Miami (Ohio).
NEWS: @WSU_MBB’s Kellen Pickett (@PickettKellen1) will return to the Raiders next season, he told @TheFieldOf68. The 6-9 freshman forward was named Horizon League Freshman of the Year. Pickett made 24 starts, averaging 8.5 ppg, 5.4 rpg and 1.1 apg. He also shot 55.6% FG.
