I have gone through InterPol before, A little bit of a story, But the short of it is, A Bass of mine was stolen, InterPol Tracked it to Germany, The People in Germany didn't know the Bass had been Stolen, And eventually we got the Bass back.

I mixed undiluted berry cordial in with my cottage cheese, set it, and sprinkled gf biscuit crumbs over the top and dear lord I made a cheesecake less than 140 calories a slice hell yeah!!!!!

@SStillmanAuthor It's a pain!! If I get a cuppa at Costa, it can trigger me because all the same dishes go in the dishwasher. It's so good to find someone who's considerate of that ! A lot of people make it seem like such hard work. I bet your coworker was so appreciative

@Write_Like_Mad Yup. It was my first time doing gluten free brownies. Had to get new dishes as this coworker is so sensitive to gluten that even washing dishes that have had gluten in them can set his celiacs off.
