@Kirbyypie Honestly, the presence of these tropes didn't necessarily make the shows bad. King of the Hill, Ed Edd, n Eddy, and South Park (to name a few) all had these tropes and remain critically acclaimed. Just depends on the intent, imho

Today my beloved doggy Maya passed away at the age of 13, she has fought insanely hard just to even get to this age. I'm both sad, but relieved that she's no longer suffering. She's in a much better place now, I will miss her every day.
