Friends was a minor achievement in his life in comparison to the demons he overcame and the work he did to help others/stop them from feeling the same way. Remember him for Friends but remember him for this also. For his kindness, generosity and overall love for fellow humans.

Last 6 months have broken me a bit. Health is in an appalling mess. Masses of other worries. I know others feel the same. All in the same storm just different boats and all that. I keep wondering when life will get easier and each week seems to be harder and more stressful. Meh.

@GillPlusFive Ah my daughter is having a major battle with anxiety at the moment. She's only 9 and I just want to be able to take all her worries away but right now I can't. I can only support her and be a safe place but each day it gets harder. I feel you x

To all the mums and dads having to carry on with work and life and doing their best whilst knowing THEIR CHILD IS NOT OKAY RIGHT NOW. I hear ya. It's tough to focus on the normal things. xx
