No, the claims in that post are **not true** — both videos promote long-debunked conspiracy theories.
The first video (the girl describing eating babies, injections, etc.) is from the 2014 **Hampstead case** in London. Two children accused their father, teachers, parents at their school, police, and others of running a huge satanic pedophile ring with ritual murder and cannibalism. A UK High Court judge thoroughly investigated it in 2015, ruled the allegations completely **baseless**, and found the children had been coerced and abused into making the false claims by their mother and her partner. The kids later retracted everything, police found no evidence (no secret rooms, no murders, nothing), and the judge called the whole story fabricated nonsense. People who spread it have been called out as harmful, and some promoters faced prison for harassment.
The second video is Katy Groves (also known as Dylan Groves) describing an underground CIA/MKUltra facility near Austin, Texas, called "Uncle Sam's Snuff Factory," supposedly involving child snuff films, cannibalism, mind control, and government-run killings. This is a fringe conspiracy story that circulates in QAnon-style communities, but there's **zero credible evidence** — no official investigations, no arrests, no corroborating proof from authorities or mainstream sources. It's treated as an unsubstantiated urban legend or hoax-like claim with inconsistencies.
These kinds of extreme satanic/elite child-trafficking narratives have been repeatedly investigated and debunked over the years (similar to older "Satanic Panic" scares in the 80s/90s). Spreading them has caused real harm to innocent people through harassment and threats.
