To take a phrase from a friend, welcome to our second birth! Weekly Shogakukan Edition is now Strict Algorithm LLC. As noted on the quoted tweet, not much will change (not even the @) --this is to be legally distinct from Shogakukan. We'll still be doing threads, contests, and translations as always. Shogakukan is still going to be the key focus, *but* with this new name the hope is going forward we'll be applying our talents to J-culture/media of all kinds and publishers! Big thanks to @andysislands for the awesome transitional gif, and @soragsilverwind for the new logo.

Either way, it's a more unique series than the initial premise and artwork would have one think, and I hope that comes through in our review!

The world of Kamibiki no Monarch is like a watching a treasure chest opening slowly. Is it gold, or calamity that awaits inside? Even knowing exactly what makes up the prizes, the thrill of pulling and waiting for that drop is, well, God-tier. Inako has started a new series on HEROS entitled "Akai Haru, Aoi Chi" (Red Spring, Blue Blood) It's about a girl whose past as an idol was mercilessly dug up, which resulted in her being bullied. She seeks solace in a girl with whom she has a relationship beyond friendship and even family, but that idyllic life shatters when her said girl says she's going back to her hometown to get married.
