Im not making an argument im posing a thought problem. I can put it more plainly. Forget xxi, forget mstr. If company A can get a cash ROI of 30%, is it better for the balance sheet than just buying bitcoin? What about 20, 10, 5 etc. ? At what point is the investing in generating a cash ROI inferior to buying btc ?

You're argument makes no sense at all honestly. There are completely different risk profiles between the two stated companies plans. Whether XXI has 50K Bitcoin or 500K bitcoin, the value per share comes down to how the equity is managed. Using cashflow simply means less dilution, increasing value per share. Has nothing to do with Bitcoin's ARR.

Difference between $MSTR and $XXI coms is basically.. one will sell stock and bitcoin to pay its liabilities. The other will use cashflow and loan interest to grow its bitcoin. Cashflow matters, @jackmallers be the hero.

We can debate on whether cash flow from a traditional operating activity is required to service cost of capital. That is not what I am debating. I am posing the thought problem that at some point the marginal increase in cash flow per dollar invested could be lower than btc ARR. At that point is it superior to just buying BTC?

@WubbaBtc @jackmallers @GermCrypto My dude. XXI is gonna buy BTC, but they need a way to “service the cost of capital” (interest payments, dividend issuance, actual purchases, etc.). He’s saying XXI wants cashflow in order to service that cost. Saylor said yesterday he’s gonna sell BTC to service their cost.

But if your cash flow strategy has an ROI below BTC ARR, isnt buying BTC better? That is Saylor's thesis. And for the record im not saying your cash flow operations can't be profitable but there is definitely a ceiling where your marginal return is no longer that of BTC ARR. So where do you go from there ?

@WubbaBtc @GermCrypto If you want to use leverage to acquire Bitcoin, you need a way to service the cost of capital. You can do that by: diluting shareholders, selling BTC, or generating cash flow. Cash flow helps makes a Bitcoin strategy durable, in my opinion.

The current trend price for Bitcoin as provided by power law is just above the all time high. The bottom price is only approximately 10% below the recent low of $60,000 per coin. Expecting new lows below the bottom price is like declaring the entire correlation between Bitcoin price and time to be spurious. Good luck with that.

The most consequential week in STRC history. MSTR ATM was kept relatively low at 366MM. STRC did the lion's share of the purchase at 2.17B. So long as the market cap of STRC continues to grow, there will be no lack in demand for STRC leading up to the ex-div date since there will be overnight yield. The result, we will see these types of buys every two weeks.

@Velja_LOL @drewlevin Because LP was designed to improve the player psychology around MMR. LP is an inflated representation of true MMR. When LP was first introduced i gained literal 0 LP several wins in a row at Diamond 1 because my MMR needed to catch up to the threshold to rank up.

To recap, Erika Kirk flew into Athens, Georgia from Palm Beach on Tuesday after a weekend bridal shower at Mar A Lago. She flew in aboard a massive, apartment-sized jet owned by Vegas billionaires. She landed into a terminal which had been secured, since Monday, by our nation’s secret service. There was both a military and police presence waiting at that terminal to escort the VP who was due to land about an hour and 30 minutes after her. After learning of the crowd size, Erika decided she no longer wanted to do the event. Rather than simply cancelling, she instructed her PR team to make up a demented lie about imminent threats against her travel safety. Again, she was ALREADY IN GEORGIA sitting upon a federally cleared pathway. Her PR agent and the Vice President then shamelessly lectured the audience about these invisible threats, suggesting they were the public’s fault for having criticized her. UTTERLY INDEFENSIBLE AND PSYCHOPATHIC.
