This would've been such an easy way for Fortnite to earn money and player attention. Exclusivity shouldn't matter anymore in this day and age of gaming. Plus most of the OG skins are outdated, so they're not as cool anymore.

Former Epic developer pitches how they would improve #Fortnite Crew 👑 @AlexMuirQA, a senior QA tester on Festival who was laid off by Epic last month, made a few posts and comments today discussing Fortnite Crew and some of the changes to the subscription that he'd personally suggested. Apparently, there have been a lot of ideas and conversations about how to make the service more valuable. Muir's pitch was to give subscribers a "token" for each month they subscribed to the service. These tokens could be spent on a rotating Shop that would include old Battle Pass Outfits and other items. Muir said that the idea didn't move up the chain for various reasons, including exclusivity concerns. 💭 How would you improve Fortnite Crew?

This is singlehandedly one of the worst thing I've ever seen happen to Fortnite. Just when they were building up hype for a new season it got shut down. All because they need to pay the bills. 🤡Maybe if they didn't worry about collabs and UEFN slop so much we wouldn't be here...
