I have been flying exclusively on @Delta airlines for over 24 years & been a happy loyal customer. Lately it’s been abysmal. Flights canceled and delayed regularly with no (real) explanation. I’m almost at million miler status. Sadly it might be time to switch airlines.

Yesterday flew #Delta flight from Oslo, layover in Amsterdam, then back to jfk. Oslo flight on time, but Amsterdam was canceled. Delta put me up in a hotel, bought dinner and breakfast and had me on the next flight out in the am. Nicely done #deltamoments #Platinum
