With the Surrey 3 Peaks Challenge 2 weeks away, our team have been out getting their steps in and building up the stamina for the big day! 💪 We’re hiking 36km with @X4RCE to raise money for the Big Orange Bus, a mobile mental health support hub for the Luton community🧡🚐

Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay, a reminder that we all have a role in breaking the silence. In Luton, suicide deaths are at a record high. Across England, 74% of those lost are men. Let that sink in. At X-4RCE, we’re creating safe spaces for men Together, we can save lives.
