VRAM Debugger just landed in Emu.

Emu with CRT shader effect just left the oven and is available for download and online.

You are asking about the host connection options. Default design mixes SPI bus for MCU and 8/6 bit data/address bus for classic CPU connectivity. But you are free to do your own design, with custom firmware.
