@marcgoddard_uk Agree 100% with you Marc. I have been teaching self defense for many years and I am horrified to see how many so called self defense classes are there that teaches totally unrealistic nonsense! Stuff like this could get you killed in real life threatening situations!

Absolutely not your fault Ari as a willing participant - but this kind of “class” is as dangerous as it is unrealistic. Im sorry but there are FAR more beneficial forms of training for you to take up and would offer you far greater aid should the unthinkable occur.
