One reason I post so much about China 🇨🇳 & the rest of the world I see in a more positive light than the UK 🇬🇧 is because I'm furious with the UK government(s). They’ve squandered our opportunities, wasted billions, prioritised all the wrong things, taxed the hell out of everyone, ignored the electorate, gone soft on crime & demolished our trust based society. Living & travelling abroad has shown me better, safer, & more functional societies where people respect each other far more, look out for each other far better & it only makes the contrast with home even starker. The anger within is palpable. 😔
