SEC issues clarity for stablecoins that they’re not securities

People say that the US should have a strategic XRP reserve. Sounds like a good idea... on the other hand you have a private company that's US based holding 40% of the XRP supply. This is an underrated factor.

RLUSD nears $300M MC, but we don't have a granular use breakdown between XRPL v ETH👉for "Ripple Payments". (correct me if wrong). I imagine $RLUSD on ETH will fall largely into global DeFi & exchange integrations, while $RLUSD on XRPL will be Ripple payments. Looking for stats.
