@kyleichan I would like to do some self-promotion here. @XSYAP and I wrote a paper on the leapfrogging of the Chinese solar PV industry. Semiconductor knowledge is only part of the story. Policy paradigm shift towards system integration is more important. doi.org/10.1016/j.eist…
