@donttrythis My preference is a clothing pin, though some people are worried it might damage the port. If it's clean you should be able to easily move the pin all the way around the connector.

Couldn’t plug in my charger so I sharpened a toothpick and cleaned out the usb C port of my phone and this was what I pulled out.

@LinusTech I recently had to fight Edge to stop it from opening on startup. Just a random new "feature" enabled by default.
