I’ve found that there are only 2 use cases where Airbnb is a value add now:
1) unique stays (cabin, weird house, historic, quirky, etc.)
2) Large groups
Anything else I’m going hotel 9/10 times

Weighing in on airbnb discourse. Used to be awesome. Remember spending ~$40 to sleep in some old person's spare bedroom in their beautiful old foursquare. Getting local tips, meeting other travelers. Haven't seen that in so long. Now I prefer a hotel 9/10 times.

Part of why Modric has been able to play as long as he did is bc he didn’t start to have serious mileage on his legs until he turned 24. Players now will be finished by 30 bc they are starting at 16.
