@Xyrennidy Things may change for you with his release. Maybe not, and that's okay too. Not all LIs are for everyone. It's not that I wouldn't be open to welcome another LI. I just don't expect it to be another character since TOY update.

All part of a cut scene too (including Mephie)! 6th LI cannot be anyone but Sutherland. It's not a question of personal preference or bias. Simply logic and pattern recognition. And boy have we got patterns pointing to him!

@N109er Efficiency wise Sutherland make sense. I just feel lackluster about him being a 6th Li so in my mind it's someone else.

@Xyrennidy That theory comes from wishful thinking that Infold would create a character much like Seven from Mystic Messenger, who has red hair and yellow eyes.

1. There is no precedent we know of that 2 LIs would appear in the same scene. I can go with that. (Although I'd have to ignore Mephie appearing in the same scene as Xavier) It may make the rule true, but gives space for it to be potentially debunked with a reveal. 2. We haven't seen a close up of Sutherland's eyes in proper lighting conditions. If you recall Caleb's eyes in his release PV, even they looked more bland under certain lighting conditions. People are expecting the 6th LI's eye colour to match the yellow stellactrum, which is called "amber" in-game. Amber eyes irl are light brown. 2026 is the year of the horse, so an LI released this year would be expected to have a horse-adjunct myth. Even more so if he turns out to be a Sagittarius (which is extremely likely). Brown eyes go well with the horse theme. Furthermore, we have 3 LIs with fantasy eye colours: Rafayel, Caleb, Sylus. And the 3 most common realistic eye colours would be green (Zayne = hazel), blue (Xavier) and brown (we don't have a brown eyed LI, yet). For me, the 2 strongest evidence pointing towards Sutherland being 6th LI (apart from his model) are his JP name Narima, and him being narratively clearly set up as Stanley's opposition. 1. If Narima was written in kanji ( 成馬 ), the symbols would mean "to become horse". 2. In DAR "Welcome Back" chapter, there is an Easter Egg about LIs and the Ever branches they'll end up going against directly. This shows that the 6th LI will be opposing Stanley and the Deepspace Signal Analysis Lab. Sutherland is already portrayed as the one taking on the role to question and oppose them.
