Female soldier had to tackle me yesterday in training, she was very physically fit, she couldn't even move me an inch. I don't even really hit the gym, just body weight exercises and a 25lb dumbell. I made no effort to resist. I actually had to pretend to fall. Females should not be combat arms, sorry but its true.
