My first Reward ever since @XboxLiveRewards was shut down and we moved to the "Microsoft Rewards" system. Not really sure how i managed to get all those points, even if i bought a couple of DLCs in last week deals... 🧐

@XboxLiveRewards what does it mean when it says some of my rewards I have claimed are "in progress?" I had enough points to claim 5 x £10 xbox credit but only 3 went through with 2 saying they are "in progress"...thanks

@XboxLiveRewards Hi, I do the rewards on the Microsoft website (login with my Xbox account) but when I do the rewards system via the Xbox, the points don’t seem to get added together. Any ideas why this is happening please? Thanks
