I'd apply to a vtuber group/agency, but the idea of being forced to interact/work with new people that I find out I can't stand makes me want to throw up.

@Veliful My closest friends, creator or not, know my name. Only one of them refers to me by it but the others still call me some variation of my vtuber name. "Xe" "XeNo" "Noire". Really whatever they choose as I leave it up to them.

I’m curious to ask… How common or uncommon is it for vtubers who are close to eachother to actually use their real names? Anyone doing that or we all only sticking to usernames? 🤔

@MoomiStar Its sucks that theres nothing you can do about it either besides just blocking and reporting. But theyll either come back or new ones with step forward. It's just so gross.

This is actually one of the reasons I became a vtuber. Some guy kept asking me to “accidentally lift my skirt” I never did it, but he would use anonymous gift messages to send me messages exactly like this. Nasty men are not slick.

@AkaruHoshiki I have one parasocial like this too. I say that if it begins to stress you out or the annoyance becomes unbearable, blocking/banning is the best way to go imo. Especially if you make it clear that the behavior is not ok, and they dont stop. Your community, your rules.

i wonder if You're supposed to entertain parasocials or not? I think I have a parasocial fan they techncially aren't doing anything wrong they just REALLY WANT TO GET TO KNOW ME to the point of annoyance

Okay I can handle whatever insult you throw my way but this is a low blow. You have no reason to bring my unborn child into this. I never wanted to reveal publicly that I was pregnant up until when I would give birth. I’m a person behind this account, a real person who also has feelings. While I was trying my best to sound okay online I was actively breaking down crying day after day after I miscarried. Seeing how the test went negative broke my heart in a way it has never broken before. Miscarriage is more common than people realize, yet it’s often faced in silence. I’m sharing this because loss deserves compassion and understanding.

VTubers all over, I’m curious… Do you use the same profile picture across all socials for recognition, or use different ones for variety?

@BedeeliaBoueti Its honestly very hard as a small creator who gets low views on all platforms. It gets very tempting to let things slide when I shouldnt.
