Finally cracked 675 on the wide grip, I’ve done it before close grip but I found that to be less impressive by my own personal measure. Love starting the week heavy. Probably burned a smidge hard on back and compromised chest, could’ve easily just been the hour too.

Solid day, got asked if I was on a bulk SEVERAL times. Frankly, not specifically, I just grow like a redwood and get larger year over year. A bit of a lighter leg day than I set out to do, but it turned into a mentoring day so I had to scale things a bit.
