Really wanting to get back into making art again so I drew up concept lineart and base color palette for a new personal avatar (potentially for use in future videos too). Still a bit rusty so a good friend did the shading for me, and made an awesome bg! Her profile in replies.

That's incredibly flattering. Yet I am nowhere near as popular, active, accomplished, or charismatic as Luke is. That being said, I do recall when I saw people reacting to "Wait, he's Mormon/LDS?" As a member of the same faith as him, I wasn't. It wasn't hard to figure out. Outdoorsman activities like camping and bushcraft are staples of official church father-son events. It's very much a tradition in many stakes and wards. I can remember many I went to in my youth with Pa'Monstrous (also didn't appreciate my experience with them as much as I would now.) I learned stuff (a lot which I sadly barely remember) like learning how to tie various knots, administering first aid with limited or no supplies, identifying common, local toxic plants, very basic metallurgy and smithing, whittling, swimming, archery, firearms training, etc. Granted, it's wasn't nearly to the same level, intensity or frequency as Luke or his family does. Nor are most official camping events to my knowledge. However, my church has traditional has placed a lot on people knowing how to do these things. It serves as practical knowledge, community building, understanding the world around us, and ties into spiritual lessons. Again, my content as Vtuber isn't to be missionary or proselytize. More so this just me sharing some personal experience and understanding.

If you go out into the rural communities, you'll see people carrying all sorts of firearms in all sorts of places. Another fun number fact: multiplying 50*101 is the same as adding together every number from 1 to 100. This is because 1+100, 2+99, 3+98, etc. equals 101, and there are 50 of these pairs.
