league is a genuinely impressive feat of game design league's gameplay is a closed loop, meaning that every game takes place on the same map with the same start and end goal. everything you add or change WILL end up interacting with everything else within the loop. the fact that it's been getting patches every 2 weeks for 16 years with both balance and new content while remaining playable is insane from both a design and technical standpoint. you cannot make it this far without the best talent around
