No digo que alquilar una vivienda no tenga rentabilidad. La tiene. Pero de ahí a pensar que cualquier propietario que alquila un piso está forrándose o especulando hay bastante distancia. La próxima vez que escuches “especulador”, pregúntate quién está realmente asumiendo los gastos, los riesgos y las responsabilidades. Para ti, ¿que es especular?
