Sure I can. I can make whatever claim that I want. But the question is: What is Bitcoin? Is it a currency? If so, what can you buy with it? Is it a store of value? If so, would you invest all of your net worth in it? Why not? If you have a million dollars in Bitcoin and you are old and want to pass it to your heirs, do you give them the passcode in advance? Do you trust them to not steal it now? Do you give it to your lawyer? Do you trust him to not steal it now? If you pass without sharing it, it is gone forever.
