If there were 4 astronauts on the Artemis II mission, who was filming? Did the camera make that movement, ending in a close-up on Earth, because of zero gravity?🤔

Love this shape so much. Such a lifesaver. When I have a higher dimensional perspective like this shape and someone from lower dimensional space tells me it's actually strictly square, triangle, or circle it becomes so much easier to identify their perspective limitations.

The most important fight of my life isn’t in the ring. I’m not fighting for a belt. I’m fighting for our health.  Processed foods are killing us. We have been lied to and we need to eat real food again.

@WallStreetApes We're at the stage that they WANT people to rebel. The system is totally broken and they need a (financial) RESET. Civil war gives them all the reasons to declare martial law and start filling those concentration camps....

Carolyn Phippen says what we are all feeling, The American People are full of rage for US Congress “Does someone want to explain what is going on in Washington, DC.? Video on Somali daycare fraud gets over 100 million views — and Congress decides giving a few more billion dollars of your money to NGOs to facilitate and subsidize more foreigners is a good idea - The Senate is asking for $5.6 billion more dollars for refugees - And the House wants $4.3 billion for the same refugee scams posing as compassion with your money. I'm just not sure any of this can even be solved at the federal level anymore. It feels like they are all hopelessly clueless to the discontent and rage that have been slowly simmering in this country and will soon boil over if Congress does not very quickly reestablish their legitimacy as a governing force and start working for the American people. Read a little history, guys, and then wake the heck up”

Absolutely wild how dead the open internet is. Everything is on TikTok, Instagram, Discord, or Facebook groups now. None of those are searchable (if Google even worked). Reddit wikis and discussion are ghost towns. Non-academic research is impossible.

I wasn’t planning to comment on the death of MIT Professor Nuno Loureiro without looking closely at his research first & what I found is quite intriguing 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 Loureiro was director of the MIT Plasma Science & Fusion Center and Herman Feshbach Professor of Physics working on nuclear fusion to create a virtually unlimited clean energy source. he was shot multiple times at night in his home but…he’s not the first…Eugene Mallove another MIT scientist passionate about fusion energy was beaten to death outside his home in 2004 with 32 lacerations to his face and body why his research represented an existential threat ?? understand that Loureiro specifically worked on understanding magnetized plasma dynamics magnetic reconnection plasma turbulence & confinement & transport mechanisms in fusion plasmas his research directly helped inform the design of fusion devices capable of harnessing the energy of fusing plasmas bringing the dream of clean near limitless fusion power closer to reality what makes his work so dangerous for certain players is it attacked precisely the scientific bottlenecks preventing fusion from becoming commercially viable in a tokamak plasma is confined by extremely powerful toroidal magnetic fields but magnetohydrodynamic instabilities like tearing modes /disruptions edge localized modes can destroy confinement in milliseconds and damage inner walls understanding & controlling these phenomena is KEY to moving from experimental reactors to operational commercial plant if fusion becomes viable in the next 10-15 years it doesn’t just displace an industry it renders obsolete the entire current global energy infrastructure valued at 8 trillion dollars… a fusion plant uses deuterium extractable from seawater in virtually infinite quantities, one liter of seawater contains enough deuterium to produce the energy equivalent of 300 liters of gasoline & tritium is produced via reactions with abundant lithium the raw material is inexhaustible decentralized free and accessible to all countries without geopolitical dependence 🤫 but… fossil industry fundamentally relies on controlled scarcity and geopolitical dependence…Oil & gas are geographically concentrated Middle East / Russia / Texas enabling price control via OPEC & oil majors generate 200+ billion dollars in annual profits because they control extraction refining distribution of a scarce resource everyone must buy fusion destroys this model by making energy abundant and decentralized any country with seawater access can produce its own deuterium & build fusion reactors: no more importing oil / no dependence on the Strait of Hormuz /no geopolitical leverage based on energy reserves energy prices would collapse once fusion reactors are amortized because marginal fuel cost is essentially zero!!! understand what this means for ExxonMobil which owns 22 billion barrels of oil reserves valued on their balance sheet at 1k5 billion dollars ??? if fusion becomes viable these reserves become stranded assets worthless overnight & their refining infrastructure pipelines tankers gas stations all this infrastructure becomes obsolete in one generation understand that if Loureiro & his team succeeded in precisely modeling these instabilities and developing active control techniques via AI and real-time magnetic feedback it would reduce the timeline to commercial fusion by 5-10 years that means startups like Commonwealth Fusion Systems would go from 2035 promise to 2030 deployment the real question is how many brilliant scientists must die under suspicious circumstances before we start protecting our researchers in strategic Fields ??? bc if we leave our most precious minds unprotected we implicitly accept that massive financial interests can eliminate with impunity those who threaten their business model

First they liquidated everyone with the October 10th crash. Then they pumped stocks to new highs, while our bags went sideways. After that, they dumped stocks a little bit while sending the crypto market to new lows. Now, they are creating one of the worst PAs ever. I'm truly done with the crypto market now.

“Don’t Panic.” THE ANSWER IS 42 The ultimate question remains deliciously unsolved. In Douglas Adams’ 1979 masterpiece, a supercomputer Deep Thought spends 7.5 million years computing the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything—only to deliver the cryptic integer 42. This is pure mathematical comedy gold: a dimensionless, context-free number that mocks our human obsession with finding meaning in a cosmos governed by probabilistic quantum fields, general relativity, and the second law of thermodynamics. Adams weaponizes absurdity to remind us that the universe is under no obligation to make sense to three-dimensional carbon-based lifeforms evolved on a minor planet orbiting an unregarded yellow sun. Yet the joke lands hardest because 42 is real—it’s the atomic number of molybdenum, appears in light refraction formulas, and even shows up in the cosmic microwave background anomaly known as the “Cold Spot.” The galaxy doesn’t need our questions to be coherent; it just keeps expanding at 73 km/s/Mpc anyway. 42 (The Answer, apparently definitive, Answer) Adams’ genius is turning computational complexity into existential slapstick. By making the universe’s deepest truth a prime-number-age crisis, he forces physicists and philosophers alike to confront the limits of reducibility. In an era of Large Hadron Colliders and quantum supremacy claims, 42 is the perfect reminder that some patterns may be true yet forever uninterpretable—much like the fine-structure constant ≈ 1/137 that still baffles theoreticians. If 42 really is the Answer, what exact question would make the universe finally make sense to you? 🚀🧠 Primary source: The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, Douglas Adams - Grok Imagine Images

Teleportation. I watched Star Trek and always wondered of the implications. Teleportation doesn’t move you or your atoms from one place to another, The process in theory scans every atom in your body, destroy the original you and transmit the data to the destination, and recreates an identical atom perfect copy there. But the original “you” dies in the process. The copy thinks it’s you, has your memories, but the past atoms of “you” consciousness ends. Are you your atoms, or the pattern of information? And when we finally teleport, we may become face to face with the elements of “who” we are. And perhaps one of us will come back and do our best to explain what we currently have no words for.
