I normally don’t like to air stuff out but it’s completely classless to not allow us to say a proper goodbye to a player who has contributed so much to our history. Not even a message to coordinate - all to “fight the leaks” as if it wasn’t obvious already.

After 3 years of last minute clutches, two international trophies and being an undisputable fan favourite, we wish farewell to @leojannesson.
Whilst the last year hasn’t been what we or Leo had hoped for, we are incredibly proud that Leo’s career was with us and for all the achievements we had with him on our roster.
For now, Leo will be stepping away from VALORANT and we wish him all the very best in his future endeavours. We’ll always be cheering from the sidelines 🧡

I don’t believe that people actually care, or that we will stop taking the commendable efforts of the few for granted until it’s too late. I don’t even believe that the majority that engaged with my post on Day 1 listened to Day 2. I certainly hope I’m proven wrong.

I've felt compelled to share my thoughts this week because the less engaged the community is, the more maintenance we have to do, resulting in less time to work on new ideas and innovations. New ideas are what keep me attached — without them, I am not sure what my role is.

Everyone should be asking themselves if they 1) actually want to, and 2) have time to help. If both are true, we need people volunteering... or doing more in their positions.
Of course, I said want to "help", not want to "be staff". Only then does accountability have meaning.

Many people do not like the MKC Staff, and perhaps for valid reasons. We are far from perfect. I do think however, it is in our best interest to support MKC, even if it is through criticism. Be careful what you wish for - it is harder to start over than to simply solve problems.
