Yoann Damet after the 2-0 loss to LAFC Frustrated with the general outcome, but there are a lot of good things about the performance. I feel like I'm repeating myself. Little mistakes are what killed us. It's frustrating for the guys. From my understanding, the goal could have stood. It would be a different game if you go into halftime with a goal, but we will never know. Mykhi Joyner and the subs - happy with the substitutions. It's very difficult to judge from such a short time when they have nothing to lose. The plan was to get the subs on before going 2-0 down. I hope the players are feeling the pride from their performance. The feeling we get, we need to keep feeding it because the outcome will change. #MLS #ALLFORCITY #STLCITYSC

After a two-year battle with cancer, Ilona Löwen passed away this morning, March 9, 2026. We grieve alongside Edu and all those impacted by this loss and ask the CITY community to keep them in your prayers during this difficult time. Ilona was a beautiful example of love, humility, and kindness and will be deeply missed. A message from the Löwen’s Pastor, Marc Sikma: Edu and Ilona built their life on faith in Christ, and we find comfort in knowing Ilona’s suffering is over and that she is now in the eternal presence of her Savior.
