Recognize there’s more to life than what you experience on the surface level. Life can be much more. A more serene & vital experience. I pitty those thaz have no concept or connection to the deeper layers of existence. Because then… You have no choice but to obey your senses.

I have found that Atheists are the most self obsessed people walking on earth. They worship their own senses, feelings & thoughts above all. For them there is nothing more important than the surface level experience of life. The life of the senses. So called spiritual hell.

You should gain a sense of peace by accepting that anything confusing in your life will make sense further down the road. If you cling onto your path long enough the worlds gonna feed you the answers with a silver spoon.

The only security you can have is your ability to perform. No job, relationship or contract will give you a real sense of security when understanding that anything can vanish within seconds. In meditation you learn the only consistency the internal compass guiding your actions.

Revisiting your own grave might be one of the most serendipitous experiences you can have. You participated in dying but the new version of you understands why... if you can stomach that experience.

Subconsciously you know challenges are part of the game. Nobody pushed it onto you. That’s why it’s easier to endure. It’s easier to endure than anything else. To hammer it home: Path of least resistance doesn’t feel better. It just feels less shit
