This year's @YMCASeattle Camp Colman work party was a huge success! Together, the team built a new outdoor education teen + youth shelter, built split rail fencing around the farm, and pruned back the orchard trees. Thank you to our generous volunteers!

This is how I got down today Tweeps before I hit the weights at the @YMCASeattle Ran a mile and walked a 1/2 mile, ran another mile and walked another 1/2 mile for a total of 3 miles. Tryna 👀 if I can get my mile time back down to 10 minute miles instead of 11 minutes miles😊
