Today is the first day of the Symposium on Acoustic Metamaterials in Aegina!

To end the 4th SAM and continue to foster the community in a more informal way, we spent the day in Athens ! It allowed to discuss the next steps, and in particular to start to think about the next SAM ! More info soon

The second day of the Symposium is starting with a plenary lecture given by Ada Amendola from @UniSalerno about Solitary waves traveling on tensegrity-like lattices.

The second plenary lecture is currently being presented by Michael Haberman from @UTAustin about acoustic wave interaction with spatiotemporally modulated media.

The first plenary lecture is given by Agnès Maurel from @InstLangevin @CNRS about perfect resonant absorption of guided water waves.

Today is the kick-off meeting of the newly formed Groupement de Recherche (GDR) ARCHI-META.
