Mental Clarity 101: • Be bored • Go on a walk • Process hard feelings • Write down your thoughts • Come up with new better thoughts • Repeat thinking about these new thoughts Now do it all over again.

You're not confused about what to do next. You're scared. And you've gotten really good at pretending those two things are the same.

Eventually, the pain of staying the same will exceed the fear of change. You can wait for that moment, or you can decide today is that moment.

Your fear is a compass, not a roadblock. Most people spend their entire lives running from the exact thing that would change everything. Don't be most people.

you can get anything you want in life by applying 3 simple rules: - learn fast - execute relentlessly - stay consistent anything else is bullshit and that's literally all there is to it

I just found a 3-year old Twitter account which follows no one, is followed by no one, and tweets 10+ times a day. I kinda respect that level of shouting into the void.

The most underrated health pillar is nervous system regulation

For beginners - here’s how you improve nervous system regulation: Start with aerobic base build up. I’d do at least 3 zone 2 cardio sessions (cardio at a conversational pace) for 30 to 45 minutes a week. Strength training - 2 to 4 times a week. For beginners, moderate load to begin with, don’t need you maxing out. High intensity sprints - 1 to 2 times a week. Just second sprint sessions can make a world of difference.

Most people spend years "learning" and never get anywhere. Here's how I compress months into weeks: 60 min: Learn the minimum (most is noise) 90 min: Build something real 30 min: Walk and process Your project IS your education.
