Each of our bartenders on Sunday is assigned a spirit they have to use to create their carnival cocktail, and we don’t mess around. Case in point, @UnaCalgary will be using this small batch 🍎 brandy from @EauClaireCraft in their cocktail. We can’t wait to taste their creation!💥

. @charbar_yyc is joining us for the first time Sunday. Here’s a sneak peak at their dish: Recado Negro Ceviche - Soft fleshy tuna, mussels, clams, shrimp & squid share the stage with smokey spiced vinaigrette. Tossed with fresh onions, cilantro, chilies and popped Sorghum.😋🎡
