They told us it would take about 7 hours to locate our bags…now luggage is appearing at a rate of 3 pieces every 30 minutes. Especially difficult to accept when AA staff appear to be totally untrained in how to treat unhappy clients. #americanairlinessucks

Stuck in @miamiairports for 16 hours now waiting for our luggage to be returned from a cancelled @Am_Airlines flight. We should be in Galapagos now filming an amazing #yachtforcharter. I’m shocked at AA’s total lack of interest in helping the hundreds of patient passengers.
