When you tell traders to lock in, please let them that majority of what they will have to do while locking in is "nothing"

I didn’t the reason at first, but I looked it up and it seems to be called repetition blindness; a cognitive phenomenon where the brain fails to notice a repeated word or item when it appears close together in a sequence.

Reading 200 pages a day is a massive undertaking, but in the "heat of exams," our brain often enters a high-pressure state of hyper-focus that makes the impossible feel doable.
