@TKD_Muwahid It depends on your perspective. For any Muslim civillian and the Al-Qaeda core? It was a complete disaster, as it brought upon much destruction and destabilization to Muslim lands (Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan) and the retaliation degraded both the Taliban and Al-Qaeda Core.
