Just completed 1 year of sports marketing at Polymarket… I’ll never forget my first few months here, we were getting criticized non stop cuz our election odds were “inaccurate” (lmao), and sports at Polymarket was almost non-existent. A lot has changed.

What tf just happened at the end of Edmonton-Anaheim game 4: >Next goal wins in overtime & Anaheim think they scored the winner. >The refs gave no signal a goal was scored cuz none of them saw it cross the line in the moment. >The refs then later came together at center ice & decided to rule it a goal on the ice. >Next, the refs went to video review to make the official decision. >Not one angle of the replay showed 100% of the puck across the goal line. >But there wasn't enough proof in the replay to overturn the call on the ice (which wasn't confirmed by the refs in the moment cuz none of them confidently saw it go in) >So the goal stood. Wolves-Nuggets game 4 was one of the drunkest games I've ever seen: >Donte DiVincenzo tragically tore his Achilles. >Broadcast cut away to cover a shooting at the White House. >Anthony Edwards gruesomely hyperextended his knee while his baby mamas teamed up on him in court over child support. >Ayo Dosunmu stepped up in Edwards place & dropped 43 points off the bench (13/17 FG, 5/5 3PM) >Nikola Jokic sprinted across the court to attack Jaden McDaniels after he shot a layup with 1 second left. >Everybody on the court started fighting + multiple people from the benches. >As that was going on ON the court, a big fight broke out between fans in the stands.
