Anyway. All I gotta say is the writing for TBHX clears, especially with how I felt The Boys kinda fumbled it at the end. Even better if you watched the two series before it (To Be Hero 2016 & To Be Heroine) to get a sense of narrative structures of Haolin.

Also for those concerned about the 3D CGI, watch the trailer to get a good sense of what the animation is like. It's explained in meta but the animations shifts seamlessly from 2D to 3D. Here is my favorite character 's trailer PV. Nice!

Let me rephrase the tweet: for those that enjoyed some concepts that The Boys have used to hook us in with. Some aspects I really liked are the commodification of heroes by corporations & then running pretty much the biggest business there is, the manufactured charming super man

Not necessarily needed to watch but two shows that came before this, To Be Hero & To Be Heroine are both also REALLY GOOD. They're all also be Haolin (Link Click) The first one is REALLY FUNNY & it will surprise you in many ways. The MC is a handsome dad turned Fat Ugly Bastard
