@Retha_Skye I’m starting to see this pattern at my school as well, teachers are in hospital because of mental health. I recently started going to therapy, our work environments are shity.

My school is currently facing a high number of resignations and mental health leave. Is it us in the Management? Are teachers generally fed up? The parents are happy with results but teachers are suffering. What causes this number of decline in staff?
