Leakers saying this because they have no clue on wether or not someone is playable, ULC brought up Signora as an example, the switch they did for Dottore happened to Signora as well, and as her coffin can attest, she dead dead.

Last time, he said something that came closest to admitting he was wrong (indirectly). He doesn't even need to clarify things like that.

So, from now on, speaking any language other than English, ragebaiting, swearing, or even using these words in your nickname is prohibited in ULC chat. But, of course, these rules don't apply to ULC himself or his admins, yeah? Such a hypocrisy.

Recently, ULC became pretty racist towards his Russian followers. The chat always was multilingual - Arabic, Russian, English, etc - all was there. A lot of people texted in Arabic and Russian in that chat. But then ULC decided to ban Russian (didn't ban other languages) in chat.
