@paintoolkit2 @IASPpain In terms of our review we used the word exercise because we were interested in structured movement (which may or may not be meaningful to an individual) rather than general physical activity. Additionally, the term exercise was a reflection of what was used in the literature

@paintoolkit2 @IASPpain In a clinical setting, this could be a great strategy for increasing adherence. However as we found in our review there is no one size fits all approach and some types of people may still prefer and be motivated by the use of the word exercise, so individualisation is always key
