⚡ India is one of the world's largest producers of cotton. This 🤡 @actorvijay wants to remove import due so cheap China cotton can floor India and farmers start commiting suicide. This shows his IQ. Elect a Clown, you get a Clown show.

#July cotton hits 83.73, up fm 64.60 on 6 Jun. We wrote earlier that elliotwave indicated 3rd wave in progress, upside obj 93-97. Earlier on 17th Mar we indicated CTN may show 80s or 90s in 2H26. Slingshot move playsout. Once 89 is cleared, escape velocity cud lift jul ctn to 96.

India continues to scale new heights of progress but at the same time there are several challenges we have to overcome. Here is my appeal to my fellow Indians.

Follow up post- We wrote on 17th March that ICE cotton current range fot 2-5 week is 65.-73, currently Active July cotton tested 76.90 today. We maintain our view of cotton reaching 8 series ( 80-89) or 9 series (90-99) in 2H (between jul-dec 2026).

ICE May #cotton tested 68.96. Current 2-5 week range likely around 65-73. 2H2026 may start with 8 series or 9 series. Late Aug-Late sept could be high probable zone for slingshot spike. Crowd concensus,- sleepwalk (Complacency) mode still active in cotton.

Bangladesh, US sign reciprocal tariff agreement WASHINGTON DC, February 9: The Agreement on Reciprocal Tariff between Bangladesh and the United States was signed this evening. On the Bangladesh side, the signatories were Commerce Adviser Sheikh Bashir Uddin and National Security Adviser Khalilur Rahman, and on US side Ambassador Jamieson Greer, US Trade Representative. Negotiations on the agreement spanned over nine months since April last year. "The agreement marks a historically new level in our bilateral economic and trade relations. It will provide substantially enhanced access of Bangladesh and the US to each other's respective markets", said Commerce Adviser Sheikh Bashir Uddin, who led the Bangladesh side. Under the agreement, the US will reduce reciprocal tariff to 19 percent, which was originally set at 37 percent and later reduced to 20 percent in August last year. In addition, the US committed to establishing a mechanism for certain textile and apparel goods from Bangladesh using US produced cotton and man-made fiber to receive zero reciprocal tariff in US market. "The reduction of reciprocal tariff from 20 percent to 19 percent will grant further advantage to our exporters, while zero reciprocal tariff on specific textile and apparel exports from Bangladesh will give substantially added impetus to our garments sector", said NSA Rahman, who was the lead negotiator of Bangladesh. The agreement was approved by the Council of Advisers today (Monday) and will be operational once notifications are issued by the two sides. Present during the signing were Commerce Secretary of Bangladesh Mahbubur Rahman and Assistant US trade Representative Brendan Lynch.
