JEE Advanced 2026 candidate/result infrastructure (cdata.jeeadv.ac.in/result2026/) had a public cloud storage misconfiguration exposing bulk candidate data without auth. This exposed ~179.6k result records and ~187.3k admit-card PDFs, including candidate names, DOBs and mobile numbers.

All those giving gyaan here that I should have asked his expectation before evaluation, is this the way it is done nowadays? So we first ask the resource what he expects and then if we can afford it we evaluate? Seriously?

@sumanthraman Out of touch!! mention your expectations before interview, the person has worked hard, developed the nessarry skills gained experience only to be judged and evaluated on the previous CTC like tfffff

Interviewed a candidate for a techie opening yesterday. CTC for the candidate with 4 years experience in current company is 7.2 LPA. Asked what the expectation was. Candidate says 16 lakh. I said that's more than double current CTC. Candidate says yes that's what I want. Conversation ended soon after. Increasingly feeling out of touch with today's generation.

The most interesting idea here: Don't store what the agent says happened Store what can be proven happened That's a completely different way of thinking about memory, reliability, and production grade agents

It's that the system rewards completion more than correctness the future of agent engineering probably looks less like better prompts and more like state machines,verification loops and evidence backed execution
