But my XAU/USD losses were counted from around 03:30–04:40 AM IST, before the official reset time. Those losses should belong to the previous trading day, not the new one. Because of this wrong day calculation, my account 108447 was marked failed incorrectly. I’ve emailed support multiple times but still haven’t received a proper review of the UTC timestamps. Hello everyone, As I had said earlier, I won't request payout today so I didn't. Though it was damn important for me to clear my dues but still I chose not to. Most of the traders if were in place would have requested this much payout and fallen in line with these scammers. Even I got so many messages advising me to request the payout and move on. But I think this would be grave injustice to those who have been scammed by #thefundedroom #thescamroom. This payout I left on the table is my reply to their blame that I have been paid for this "propaganda" against them. I think, The Funded Room has scammed 10000+ people who bought their lowest sized accounts thinking it would change their life because @thetraderoom_ was like God to them. Contrary to that, Mayank sir not only broke our trust but also joined hands with scammers in looting us. From poor tech to third class execution, unethical account failure, false payout rejection, absolutely zero support and what not- they have so many ways to scam, harass and threaten gullible traders. My demand is the same- 1. Explain how my account was marked as “failed” when all my trades were closed via SL and the total loss was only 2.90%. 2. For the sake of argument, let's suppose if my account had actually failed, why was I informed a month later? How was I allowed to continue trading for an entire month on a supposedly failed account? Thank you so much for your concern, advice and continuous support. My fight will continue✌️

@thefundedroom @thetraderoom_ I already shared screenshots and explained that your own rule says the trading day starts at 02:00 UTC = 07:30 AM IST. But my XAU/USD losses were counted from around 03:30–04:40 AM IST, before the official reset time. Those losses should belong to the previous trading day, not the new one. Because of this wrong day calculation, my account 108447 was marked failed incorrectly. I’ve emailed support multiple times but still haven’t received a proper review of the UTC timestamps. Please manually check the backend calculation and screenshots I already shared. Thank you.
