@JioCare Dear Shafaq, still no action happen from Jio side and I am still facing issue and no one bothered about customer pain and even not a help desk senior want to listen my issue and not even come on call all of jio team just sleeping and doing nothing. This is worst ever experience.

Jio fiber have worst ever service in West Delhi and they are not taking customer seriously. Without permission of customer, they have change service schedule and close the service request withou resolution. I strongly recommend not to use jio fiber. @JioCare @RelianceJioCare

@JioCare Dear Sneha, if complained is in process then why does your team have mentioned status as resolved. I believe that complaints should be shown as resolved only when resolution will provide against complaints. Hope my issue will be close today before EOD

@JioCare Now I got to know that Jio team have no seriousness for their customer problems and no seriousness about jio's self image because even after lot of message and complaint, still issue not resolved and no one engineer contact me for the resolutions and closed my complaintrequest .

@JioCare Still no response received from any of the jio service team and no action shown from Jio side. this shows that Jio have no seriousness for customer pain and they are not seriously about their self image too.

@JioCare Even though, I have mentioned jio engineer to attend the service complaint, he denied directly with excuse that he have not been assigned for my complaint.

@JioCare From last 12 days I am following jio team. 3 times I have raised complaint on jio help desk and still no response. I really wonder to see when jio team itself closed my service request without resolution and no one bother to attend customer complaint seriously.

@AmitShahOffice @AmitShahOffice Sir BJP have govt from last 11 years in center and they have full power. Then why not any action taken by BJP top ministers to stop outsiders and make laws. Please do it some action and show the result to reduce outsiders don't blame past governments
