Each of the steps you mentioned is also part of our pipeline and had to be EXTENSIVELY corrected. I dare say that anyone using DNA information analyzed by an uncurated AI today has a 99.999999% chance of having COMPLETELY wrong information. A single comma in the code, a single displaced base can completely alter the DNA alignment and the result of the entire test. A patient who would have disease X suddenly has disease Y. I don't think any commercial tool has the level of precision today capable of extracting reliable information in a single pass. Please, DO NOT put your DNA into Claude yet. PS: How did you assess maternal or paternal inheritance without control DNA from your parents? That's mathematically impossible. Again, be careful, AI still has hallucinations.
