writing will genuinely change your life more than motivation ever will. not in some cringe “manifest your dream life” way. i mean in a very real, practical way. most people never actually stop long enough to understand what’s going on inside their own head. they just react to life all day. scroll when they feel uncomfortable. distract themselves when things get quiet. jump from one dopamine hit to the next. but writing forces you to slow down for a second and actually look at your thoughts instead of running from them. and the weird part is you usually don’t even realize what you truly think until you start writing it down. writing doesn’t just record your thoughts it creates them. ideas start flowing that you didn’t even know were there. patterns start showing up. emotions start making sense. problems become easier to solve because they’re no longer this giant fog floating around in your head. writing organizes your mind. every high performer, every sharp thinker, every person who just gets it, they all write. It keeps showing up as the common thread. not the expensive stuff. not the complex stuff. the point of enlightenment is not to rid yourself of hate this is a common misconception by the ignorant the desire to rid oneself of any aspect is in itself an egoic desire born out of trauma in buddhism the ascended enlightened beings typically have both peaceful and wrathful aspects the greater one’s capacity for peace is, the greater one’s aspect for wrath must likewise be the wrathful aspects are typically seen as guardians and protectors at the higher level it is understood that wrath must be embodied in order to protect and uphold truth to integrate hate in service of truth and enlightenment rather than to suppress or distance oneself from it enlightenment could also be viewed as the process of full self-actualization and in order to fully actualize all aspects of self must be integrated in service of this noble goal thus the ascended always inevitably realize that hate is just as important as love in serving truth to not have made this realization yet is to remain unintegrated - the ones stuck in the stage of claiming all is love and that hate must be discarded are still stuck in ignorance, they are in lower levels of enlightenment and often cannot ascend further due to their lack of full integration thus they often mistake their state of enlightenment without realizing they are only on the baby steps of the full process - this obsession with love and suppression of hate is typically born out of trauma and fear of wrath
