Communication Skills had the highest attendance at 633 while internal and external training performed almost identically

Only 659 out of 2,845 employees are classified as high performers, just 23% of the workforce A $1.59M training investment was recorded yet only 50.8% of trainings achieved successful outcomes

Average engagement score sits at just 2.9 out of 5 with 43% of employees in the low engagement category Satisfaction, work-life balance and employee rating scores all remain below average

Average employee age is 49 with 35% falling in the older age group, succession planning is a critical and urgent concern The workforce is 56% male and 44% female showing a moderate gender gap that needs attention

What the data revealed: Production dominates the workforce at 1,910 employees out of 2,845 across 6 departments and 10 business units

Working with a workforce of 2,845 employees I built three interactive dashboards covering Workforce Overview, Employee Performance and Engagement, and Training and HR Investment, all built entirely in Microsoft Excel.
