Of all the options for VP, I would prefer Frank Biya to likes of the PM and all these people in the administration. I don't know him, but I'm willing to give him the benefit of doubt because he is young, if he doesn't deliver the struggle continues.

@K_Mariant @iam_Maimo There are several factors. The same reason why he has never been given a position in government and kept out of the media is the same reason why he is being portrayed as the likely successor. I see this option as a compromise between the various factions fighting for power.

@iam_Maimo Cameroon hasn't had any real elections since 1992. Most of the individuals you see ranting online have never registered to vote. They haven't been able to mobilise their family to register or even their community. Cameroon needs remodeling. Burned to the ground before rebuilding

Let’s agree to disagree, my fight isn’t with who will be a better VP, my fight is why should the next president be appointed regardless of who that is, not like elections would have gotten a different outcome. Cameroon talks about creating a Vice President position. Instead of debating what the role should do, the internet immediately jumps to who will occupy it. Sometimes it feels like we are more interested in seats than in systems.
